Stan Bobowski is the President of Bobowski Commercial Real Estate. For twenty-five years Stan has provided services for retailers including Jo-Ann Fabrics, CarMax, Art Van Furniture, Home Depot, Office Depot, Kohl’s, Circuit City, Sears and Petco. He represents retailers in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Iowa.
Stan entered the business in 1985 with Mid-America Real Estate. In 1997, Stan formed Interstate Commercial with partners Don Lyon and Kevin Boyd. The Company focused on Tenant Representation with transactions in more than twenty states. In 2000, Stan sold his interest in Interstate Commercial to his partners and formed Bobowski Commercial Real Estate.

Chris Bobowski began his real estate career with Coldwell Banker Commercial as an office broker in the Schaumburg market. While there he focused on both landlord representation and tenant representation. In addition to his lease transactions, Chris successfully negotiated building sales and land acquisitions. From there Chris opened and managed a full-service brokerage office for Rubloff in Washington, DC. At Xerox Realty, Chris was Vice President of Marketing responsible for land sales within Lansdowne, Xerox Realty's 2,267 acre mixed-use community in Northern Virginia outside of Washington, DC. In his role he was active in the shaping of Xerox Realty's development plan and was a point person for Xerox Realty's successful rezoning initiatives. Since joining Bobowski Commercial Real Estate, Chris has been focused on tenant representation, lease negotiations, purchase negotiations, preparing market analyses and implementing market roll-out strategies. Chris has represented Art Van Furniture, Fidelity Investments, Phenix Salon Suites, Starbucks, Gordon Food Service (GFS), Cycle Bar, Party City, Denny's, and HyVee. Chris is licensed in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin and Iowa and is an active member of the International Conference of Shopping Centers (ICSC). |
Stacy Higdon joined Stan Bobowski as he formed Bobowski Commercial Real Estate. She created and maintains a GIS MapInfo retail database spanning five states including: Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Iowa. Stacy utilizes the database, aerial imagery, site plans, and demographics to customize client maps for tours and committee presentations.
Stacy graduated from Benedictine University in 1993 with a Degree in Communications. She is a certified paralegal and licensed real estate broker.
